Welcome :)

Welcome to the Internet Cubby Hole of Alex P. Taylor, a.k.a. “A.P.T.”
Greetings Web Surfers!
Here’s the link to A.P.T.’s iTunes page for “Don’t Miss the Bus” -his new sophomore album!
Now, all album information aside, let’s start with a story from A.P.T. past.
Once upon a time, back at Newington High School, Alex’s guidance counselor sat him down and asked, “What are three adjectives you would use to describe yourself?”
Back then, A.P.T. thought it was a pretty hard question. “Who really knows themselves when you are that young and naive to the world?” questioned and joked Taylor. “Not to insult any of the kids that had it together in high school, but I was pretty clueless.”
Alex has traveled many roads since then, met many people and seen many things. “I realize now that I still have so much more to learn, but I think that is what life is truly all about,” explains Taylor. “You live, you learn and you grow, and the second you stop learning and growing, is the second you stop living.”
A.P.T. has been thinking lately about his guidance counselor’s question and has those three adjectives ready for him now. He hopes you like them. We do…
1. Earthy- Having a hearty, cheerful, no-nonsense acceptance of the realities and facts of life.
2. Inclusive- Not excluding any group or section of society.
3. Hopeful- Having hope (feeling fairly sure that something that is wanted will happen), giving hope (making somebody feel confident that something desirable will happen) and showing hope (showing a desire for something).
These adjectives not only describe him, but they also describe his new album, titled “Don’t Miss the Bus,” that he recorded from mid 2008 to early 2009. “It truly is an extension of me and my personality and I can’t wait to share it with everyone,” happily states Taylor.
His song “Window” is currently on the NEW! Network. The more plays it gets there, the faster it will get played live on the radio. Please tell your friends and listen to it a few times everyday…

For those of you living in the Connecticut area, the Amp Radio Network is already playing “Window” and several other A.P.T. tracks (including his song “Gasoline”) at gas stations throughout Connecticut. Keep your ears peeled at the pump!
“This life is full of incredible windows of opportunities,” states Taylor. “It is up to us whether we take them or not.”
On that note, we leave you, web-surfer, with a question to think about…
What are three adjectives you would use to describe yourself?
This is where your story begins…
